  • 20 sessions for $800 USD
  • 30 sessions for $1150 USD

GROUP PRICE FOR 3-4 PEOPLE:

  • 10 sessions for $500 USD
  • 20 sessions for $950 USD
  • 30 sessions for $1350 USD

*first training session is free

What to expect:

  • Personalized 50-minute workouts, designed specifically for your fitness level and lifestyle.
  • Workouts include different combinations of cardio, strength, and muscular endurance through functional movements!
  • The opportunity to talk during each workout, and make live corrections/changes to exercises, if needed

  • Discipline. If you need someone to be there with you, motivating you through each workout.
  • Guidance through the proper form of each exercise, to ensure you’re correctly targeting the right muscles.
